Malai Paneer

Malai Paneer (with Kwikeatz White Gravy)
Ingredients
- Kwikeatz White Gravy: 1 cup
- Paneer cubes: 200g
- Fresh cream: 2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander: 1 tbsp
Procedure
- Heat Kwikeatz White Gravy in a pan until simmering.
- Add paneer cubes and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Mix in fresh cream.
- Stir well, cook 2 more minutes, garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot with naan or paratha.
Okra Masala

Okra Masala (with Kwikeatz Red Gravy)
Ingredients
- Kwikeatz Red Gravy: 1 cup
- Okra (bhindi), sliced: 200g
- Chopped coriander: 1 tbsp
Procedure
Sauté okra in a pan for 5 minutes until slightly soft.
Add Kwikeatz Red Gravy and cook covered for 7 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
Veg Amritsari

Veg Amritsari (with Kwikeatz Yellow Gravy)
Ingredients
Kwikeatz Yellow Gravy: 1 cup
Mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, potatoes, cauliflower, peas): 200g, diced
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Chopped coriander: 1 tbsp
Procedure
Steam or boil mixed vegetables until just tender.
Add cooked vegetables to a pan with Kwikeatz Yellow Gravy.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes until flavors blend.
Finish with lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
Serve with puri or paratha.
Aloo Tikki Chaat

Aloo Tikki Chaat (with Kwikeatz Aloo Tikki Patty)
Ingredients
Kwikeatz Aloo Patty: 2 pieces
Thick yogurt: 4 tbsp
Tamarind chutney: 2 tbsp
Mint-coriander chutney: 2 tbsp
Chopped onions: 2 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes: 2 tbsp
Chaat masala: 1/2 tsp
Sev (crispy chickpea noodles): 2 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves: 1 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds (optional): 1 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Procedure
Shallow fry or air fry Kwikeatz Aloo Patty until crisp and golden.
Place the patties on a plate and gently flatten.
Top with yogurt, followed by both chutneys.
Sprinkle chopped onions and tomatoes on top.
Dust with chaat masala and a pinch of salt.
Finish with sev, fresh coriander, and pomegranate seeds if desired.
Serve immediately for best taste and texture.
Momos Stir-Fry Bowl

Momos Stir-Fry Bowl (with Kwikeatz Momos)
Ingredients
Kwikeatz Momos (veg or paneer): 8 pieces
Bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced: 1 cup
Onion, sliced: 1/2 cup
Carrot, julienned: 1/2 cup
Kwikeatz Red Gravy or Schezwan Puffet Sauce: 4 tbsp
Soy sauce: 1 tsp
Oil: 1.5 tbsp
Spring onions, chopped: 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper: to taste
Sesame seeds: 1 tsp (optional)
Procedure
Steam or pan-fry Kwikeatz Momos as per package instructions.
Heat oil in a wok or large pan; add onions and sauté for 1 minute until slightly translucent.
Add bell peppers and carrots; stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Pour in Kwikeatz Red Gravy (or Schezwan Puffet Sauce) and soy sauce, mix well.
Add steamed or fried momos to the stir-fry, gently tossing until momos are coated and vegetables are evenly mixed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to bowls, garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
Kwikeatz Chapati Burrito

Kwikeatz Chapati Burrito
Ingredients
Kwikeatz Frozen Chapati: 1
Kwikeatz Mix Veg Patty (or Burger Patty): 1, cooked and crumbled
Kwikeatz Hash Browns: 1, cooked and sliced
Cooked rice (plain or flavored): 1/2 cup
Shredded lettuce: 1/4 cup
Diced tomatoes: 2 tbsp
Grated cheese: 2 tbsp
Salsa or Kwikeatz Red Gravy: 1–2 tbsp
Sour cream or plain yogurt: 1 tbsp
Chopped fresh coriander: for garnish
Procedure
Warm the Kwikeatz Chapati until soft and pliable.
Layer the center with cooked rice, followed by the crumbled Mix Veg Patty and sliced Hash Browns.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, and grated cheese.
Spoon salsa or Kwikeatz Red Gravy over the filling.
Add a dollop of sour cream or plain yogurt.
Sprinkle fresh coriander on top.
Fold the sides of the chapati inward, then roll tightly into a burrito shape.
Slice in half and serve fresh.
